DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LONG-TERM RESIDENCE PERMIT APPLICATIONS
COMMON DOCUMENTS
1. Residence Permit Application Form
It must be signed by the foreigner and/or his/her legal representative or lawyer with a power of attorney.
2. Photocopy of Passport or Passport Substitute Document
Photocopy of the page with identity information and photograph and the pages showing visa information, if any (The original document must be with you on the appointment day.)
3. Two (2) Biometric Photographs
Taken within the last 6 months, the fund must be white, biometric and comply with ICAO standards.
4. Document/receipt showing that the residence permit document fee has been paid
5. Current Dated Residence Certificate
Up-to-date "Residence Certificate" to be obtained from the e-government system (www.turkiye.gov.tr) and one of the electricity, water, natural gas or fixed telephone bills or subscription contract for new subscribers (Those who stay with third parties must submit one of the current electricity, water, natural gas or fixed telephone bills or a subscription contract for new subscribers on behalf of the person who made the notary public commitment to them.)
6. Valid Health Insurance
One of the following is considered sufficient:

7. Criminal Record
It will be obtained from the authorities of their own country and the Turkish judicial authorities. (The document to be obtained from the Turkish authorities (can also be obtained from the Provincial/District Population Directorates) must be e-signed/signed and sealed/stamped. The document to be obtained from abroad must have a notarized Turkish translation and Apostille annotation. If you are a citizen of a country that is not a party to the Apostille agreement or if there is no Apostille annotation on the document even if you are a party, the documents in question must be approved by the authorities of the relevant country (consulate/embassy approval and Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Turkish Authorities authorized in this regard) and a notarized Turkish translation is required.) (For those who submit a document stating that a criminal record cannot be issued from their own country due to not entering/exiting their country, the criminal record to be obtained from the Turkish authorities is considered sufficient)
8. Sufficient and Original of the e-signed/Signed or Stamped/Sealed Document Indicating That You Have Regular Financial Opportunity
Income certificate that covers the expense of one-third of the minimum wage for each family member, including himself, not less than the minimum wage in total (Commitments of third parties regarding income are not accepted.)
9. Original of E-Signed/Signed and Stamped/Sealed Document Showing That Social Assistance Has Not Been Received in the Last Three Years
It can be obtained from Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations within the Governorships/District Governorships.
10. National Electronic Notification Address (UETS)
Document showing the national electronic notification address to be obtained from PTT central branches (UETS document is not required for those under the age of 18.)
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
For applications made on behalf of the child,
(If these documents are obtained from Turkish authorities, they must be e-signed/signed and stamped/sealed, if they are obtained from abroad, they must be apostilled and the Turkish translation must be notarized. If you are a citizen of a country that is not a party to the Apostille agreement or if there is no Apostille annotation on the document even if you are a party, the documents in question are required to be approved by the authorities of the relevant country [consulate/embassy approval and Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Turkish authorities authorized in this regard] and their notarized Turkish translation.) (If any, a photocopy of the mother and/or father's residence permit, work permit or work permit exemption card or residence permit application document is required.) (If the person is under the age of eighteen; a notarized letter of undertaking to be given by real or legal persons in Turkey, provided that it is stated in the consent letter, and the approved consent letter to be given by the mother/father or legal representative abroad, are required.)
